Terms of Service

Bukori Tools — NFT Minting Service

By connecting your wallet and using this service, you agree to the following:

1. Self-Custody. You are solely responsible for your wallet, keys, and transactions. Bukori Tools never has access to your private keys or funds.

2. Transaction Fees. All Hedera network fees are paid directly by your wallet. Bukori Tools charges a small platform fee per operation (e.g., $1 per collection, $0.024 per NFT mint), collected in HBAR at the current market rate. Fees are displayed before you approve each transaction.

3. IPFS Pinning. Files are pinned to IPFS via our infrastructure. We make reasonable efforts to maintain pins but cannot guarantee permanent availability.

4. Content Responsibility. You are solely responsible for the content you mint. Do not mint copyrighted, illegal, or harmful content.

5. No Warranties. This service is provided as-is. We are not liable for failed transactions, lost funds, or network issues.

6. Smart Contract Risk. NFT minting involves on-chain transactions that are irreversible. Review all transaction details in your wallet before approving.
